I understand Dr Hemant is a very reputed doctor and that is the reason patients prefer visiting him. However, as a doctor he needs to be considerate about his patients. There is no set time when he would start seeing his patients. We kept sitting for hours despite of pain my mom was having. My appointment was for 10:30am. But the actual process in the hospital is different. At 11:30am assistant doctor will see you. Then you wait till 12:30pm when the main doctor will arrive at hospital. Depending on the queue you will get doc time. For 15 min consultantion, it's a full day activity.
